CONCEPT MASTERPLAN
New Istanbul will cover 74 square kilometers with a residential population of nearly three million people (and an additional daytime population of nearly 400,000).

LAND USE PLAN The Plan provides new space for global investment in Turkey. It features new financial centers, new hotels, new housing, new universities and research centers, new schools, and new hospitals and health facilities. OPPOSITE: SUBWAY ENTRANCE FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR) DIAGRAM Density will be created along the crescent at the middle of the site. Lower densities and heights occur on the slopes leading to the mountains and seaside.
